Combine 1/4 cup Marie’s Lite Creamy Ranch Dressing, shredded cheese, cream cheese and green onion; set aside
Brush mushrooms with some of the Marie’s Balsamic Vinaigrette. Grill, brushing with remaining Balsamic Vinaigrette while grilling. Remove mushrooms from grill; place rounded side up on paper towels to drain.
Stuff mushrooms with cheese mixture. Spread bun bottoms with remaining Marie’s Lite Creamy Ranch Dressing; top with basil. Add stuffed mushroom and top with roasted peppers and bun top. Serve immediately.
