Crab Summer Salad

Ingredients:

  • 8-10 crab sticks, sliced diagonally
  • ½ cup Marie’s Lite Creamy Ranch Dressing
  • ½ cup chopped scallions
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 head green leaf lettuce, chopped
  • ¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Combine crab and Marie’s Lite Creamy Ranch Dressing in a large bowl. Add scallions, tomatoes and cucumbers. Place mixture on bed of green leaf lettuce and top with Parmesan. Serve with toast points or crackers.
