Asian Rice Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked, chilled long grain and wild rice blend
  • 3/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Marie’s Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except almonds; toss gently to coat with dressing. Garnish with almonds just before serving.
