Heat grill to medium-high. Rub both sides of steak with garlic and olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook steak for about 8 minutes per side. Let cool for 5 minutes before thinly slicing on the diagonal.
In large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Marie’s Caesar Dressing. Divide salad onto two or four plates. Top salad greens with Parmesan cheese and sliced steak and serve.
