Combine 1 cup of Marie’s Spinach Salad Dressing with white wine in a large zip-top plastic bag. Put roast in sealed bag and marinate for 1 hour or overnight, turning bag occasionally. Remove roast from marinade, discarding marinade. Place pork loin on 400º covered grill for about 40 minutes, turning and basting with additional Marie’s Spinach Salad Dressing until internal temperature reaches 160º. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve over bed of baby spinach and garnish with cherry tomatoes.
