In nonstick skillet on medium high heat, layer one tortilla with 2 slices turkey, ¼ cup shredded cheese, ½ cup spinach leaves and 2nd tortilla. Cook for 3 minutes before turning and cook for additional 3 minutes or until golden brown. Place cooked quesadilla on cutting board and cut into 8 slices. Top each slice with a dollop of Marie’s Yogurt Ranch Dressing to serve. Repeat procedure for additional quesadilla.
