Tomato, Onion and Blue Cheese Appetizer

Ingredients:

  • 2 large beefsteak tomatoes, sliced ¼-inch thick
  • ½ red onion, sliced into rings
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ½ cup Marie’s Creamy Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing
  • Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste

Directions:

Arrange tomato slices on serving platter. Top with onions and blue cheese.  Drizzle on Marie’s Creamy Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing and season with salt and fresh cracked pepper to serve.
