1) Combine dressing and cilantro, reserving about ½ oz. 2) Place chicken in container and add dressing to marinate, about one hour or more. 3) Grill chicken and slice. 4) On a softened tortilla, place spinach leaves, chicken and avocado. Use reserved dressing and drizzle onto top. 5) Roll to form the wrap and slice on the diagonal. Serve warm.
