Place steak in a shallow dish and cover completely with dressing. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove the steak and drain the marinade. Place the meat on the grill or in the broiler, 10–12 minutes on each side, until desired doneness is reached. After you have removed the meat from the grill or broiler, let stand for five minutes and then slice into thin strips.
Slice your rolls in half lengthwise and place 4–5 slices of your cooked meat on one half. Add the lettuce, onion and sliced tomato as you like.
