Roasted Red Pepper Chickpea Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15-ounce) can low sodium chickpeas, drained
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach, chopped
  • ½ cup roasted red bell peppers, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 5 fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • ¼ cup Marie’s Lemon Herb Vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

In large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss with Marie’s Lemon Herb Vinaigrette Dressing to serve.
