Bacon and Blue Ranch Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:

  • 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled or 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1 small head cauliflower, broken into small florets (about 2 cups)
  • 1 bunch broccoli, broken into small florets (about 3 cups)
  • 4 small carrots, thinly sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 4 green onions with tops, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup Marie’s Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 3/4 cup Marie’s Creamy Ranch Dressing

Directions:

Combine bacon, vegetables and cheese. Combine dressings; pour over salad and toss gently to coat with dressing. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate. Toss again before serving.
