Farmer’s Chopped Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Marie’s Creamy Ranch Dressing
  • 12 ounces cooked ham, diced
  • 1 seedless European cucumber, chopped
  • 1 lb. frozen petite or baby peas, thawed and drained
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Toss gently to coat with dressing. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to four hours. Toss again before serving.
