Heat large non-stick skillet over medium-heat until hot. Place steaks in skillet; cook 10 to 12 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. Remove; let stand 10 minutes. Slice steaks into strips.
Divide greens between four plates. Top with onion wedges and steak. Drizzle Marie’s Sesame Ginger Dressing over salad; sprinkle with cilantro and peanuts.
