Bursting with flavor, texture and color and tossed with Marie’s Blueberry Pomegranate Vinaigrette, this salad is sure to earn a spot in your lunchtime rotation.

Ingredients
6 cups baby spinach
1/2 cup Marie’s® Blueberry Pomegranate Vinaigrette
1/4 cup toasted walnuts
1 cup fresh fruit (blueberries recommended)
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup carrots, shaved
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
Directions
Toss spinach with Marie’s® Blueberry Pomegranate Vinaigrette. Add in walnuts, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, carrots and cranberries. Top with crumbled goat cheese. Serve immediately.
