5-inch skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

­­­­3/4 cup Marie’s Roasted Tomato with Parmesan & Basil Vinaigrette, divided

2 medium zucchini (about 8 oz of the vegetable total), sliced into 1/2-inch pieces

10 cherry tomatoes

1 small red onion, cut into chunks

1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 tbsp chopped fresh dill

Alternate vegetables on skewers using 2 pieces zucchini, 2 pieces onion, 2 pieces bell pepper and 1 tomato per skewer. Drizzle with 1/4 cup Marie’s Roasted Tomato with Parmesan & Basil Vinaigrette, turning to coat with dressing.

Prepare grill for medium heat. Grill vegetables until cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes, turning several times.

Sprinkle with dill and serve with remaining Marie’s Roasted Tomato with Parmesan & Basil Vinaigrette for dipping or drizzling.
