4 pieces of thick-sliced sandwich bread
4 tbsp Marie’s Zesty Secret Sauce, plus more for drizzling
6 oz sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
6 oz Gouda cheese, sliced
6 oz havarti cheese, sliced
1 tbsp butter
On the interior of each bread slice, spread 1 tablespoon of Marie’s Zesty Secret Sauce. Layer the cheeses evenly on top of each of the two bottom bread slices. Place the top bread slice on each sandwich.
Heat a cast iron pan or other nonstick skillet over low-medium heat. Melt the butter in the pan or skillet, then cook each sandwich until golden brown on top and bottom. Keep the Marie’s Zesty Secret Sauce bottle nearby for drizzling.
