8 oz Rotini or similar corkscrew pasta
12 oz imitation crab meat
1/2 red bell pepper cut into julienne
1/2 yellow bell pepper cut into julienne
1/2 green bell pepper cut into julienne
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 cup Marie’s Creamy Caesar dressing
Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and cool.
Combine pasta, crab, bell peppers, onion and Marie’s Creamy Caesar dressing; toss gently to coat with dressing.
Serving suggestion: Serve salad in butter lettuce leaf “cups.”
