Pear Arugula Salad

Bartlett pears and dried cranberries add a little winter flair to this deliciously flavorful salad, drizzled with Marie’s Garlic Parmesan Italian Vinaigrette. We recommend pairing this Pear Arugula Salad with our Rosemary Crusted Balsamic Beef Tenderloin!

6 cups of fresh arugula

2 Bartlett pears, thinly sliced and cut in half for bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup dried cranberries or cherries

3/4 cup Marie’s Garlic Parmesan Italian Vinaigrette

Gently toss arugula in Marie’s Garlic Parmesan Italian Vinaigrette.

Add pears and cranberries.

Serve immediately.
