Roasted Vegetables
Each crispy, vibrant bite of these roasted veggies is pretty irresistible. Drizzle luscious Marie’s Roasted Garlic Aioli on top, and suddenly this colorful side dish deserves center stage.

Ingredients
1 sweet potato
3 carrots
2 parsnips
1 red onion
2 zucchini
10 oz green beans
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
Black pepper
Marie’s Roasted Garlic Aioli
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Julienne all of the vegetables, then toss in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, then spread the vegetables over a half-sheet baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-25 minutes, until slightly golden and cooked to preference.
Transfer to a serving bowl or platter. Drizzle with Marie’s Roasted Garlic Aioli just before serving.
