4 whole wheat tortillas
4 thin slices deli turkey
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup chopped fresh spinach
1/2 cup Marie’s Yogurt Ranch dressing
In nonstick skillet on medium high heat, layer one tortilla with 2 slices turkey, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, 1/2 cup spinach leaves and 2nd tortilla. Cook for 3 minutes before turning and cook for additional 3 minutes or until golden brown. Place cooked quesadilla on cutting board and cut into 8 slices. Top each slice with a dollop of Marie’s Yogurt Ranch dressing to serve. Repeat procedure for additional quesadilla.
