Ingredients
1 lb ground sirloin beef
1/4 cup favorite wing sauce
1/4 tsp sea salt
Fresh ground pepper
4 slices of blue cheese
1 cup fried onion strings
1 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
4 large hamburger buns, toasted
1/2 cup Marie’s Super Blue Cheese dressing
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine beef with 2 tbsp wing sauce and salt. Gently hand-mix and form 1-inch thick patties. Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper. Place patties on hot grill or grill pan for 5 minutes each side, brushing with additional wing sauce on cooked side of burger. Top with cheese and cook, covered, 1-2 minutes, until cheese is melted. Toast buns on grill for a few minutes to warm. Generously spread Marie’s Super Blue Cheese dressing on both sides of toasted buns. Layer spinach, onion strings and burger between buns.
