Ingredients
Your favorite store-bought or homemade pizza dough
1/2 cup Buffalo hot sauce of your choice
8 oz cooked chicken, shredded
12 oz mozzarella, shredded or fresh sliced
6 oz blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Crushed red pepper (optional)
Flour (for dusting dough)
Marie’s Creamy Homestyle Ranch
Directions
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees. If you have a pizza stone, preheat it in the oven for an hour before making your pizza. Cut a square of parchment paper. Place the dough directly onto the parchment paper without placing any flour on the bottom. Dust the top of the dough with flour to keep the rolling pin from sticking. Roll out the dough evenly.
Apply the Buffalo hot sauce to the top of the dough, then add the mozzarella, blue cheese, shredded cooked chicken and cilantro. Tip: Using a fork, you can shred a store-bought rotisserie chicken to save prep time.
Use a pizza peel or the thinnest cutting board you have to slide under the parchment paper. Transfer the pizza to the preheated pizza stone or place the pizza on a thin baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, approximately 15-25 minutes.
Let the pizza cool slightly, and then drizzle it with Marie’s Creamy Homestyle Ranch just before serving. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper, if desired. Tip: Keep the Marie’s dressing on the table to squeeze onto those crusts!
