Chili Crisp Roasted Broccoli & Red Peppers

Ingredients
1 large head broccoli, cut into florets (about 5 cups)
1 large red bell pepper, sliced into strips
8 Tbsp. Marie’s Chili Crisp Veggie Skillet Sauce
2 Tbsp. Oil
1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Toss broccoli florets and red pepper strips with oil and season lightly with salt and pepper. Spread in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan.
Roast for 18-22 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until vegetables are tender and beginning to brown around the edges.
Remove from oven and drizzle Chili Crisp Veggie Skillet Sauce over the vegetables. Toss until evenly coated.
Return pan to the oven and roast for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the sauce is warmed and lightly caramelized.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
