Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Be sure water is no longer boiling. Use a slotted spoon to place eggs into water. Next, increase heat back and set a timer for 15 mins
While eggs are boiling, prepare an ice water bath. Remove eggs from hot water and place in ice water bath.
Once eggs have cooled completely, peel and slice in half lengthwise. Remove yolk with a spoon into a small bowl. Place egg white halves onto a plate.
Mash the yolks through a mesh strainer into a bowl. Add Marie’s Caesar Dressing, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese
Use a spoon to gently add a dollop of the mixture back into the hole of each egg white. Sprinkle on paprika for garnish and complete with football lacings. Refrigerate until ready to serve. ENJOY!
