Ingredients
1½ lb boneless skinless chicken breast
½ cup buffalo sauce
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Marie’s® Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing, plus more for drizzling
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
Fresh parsley, roughly chopped (for garnish)
Directions
Cut chicken into 1½-inch pieces. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
In a large bowl, whisk together buffalo sauce, honey, and Marie’s® Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing. Add the seasoned chicken and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours.
Preheat grill to 425°F.
Thread chicken pieces onto skewers. Grill for 5–7 minutes per side, occasionally brushing with additional buffalo sauce, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Transfer skewers to a serving platter. Drizzle with Marie’s® Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing.
Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
