1 grapefruit (peeled/sliced)

2 navel oranges (peeled/sliced)

3-4 mandarin oranges (peeled/sliced) 

2 kiwis (skinned/sliced) 

½ cup pistachios

Goat cheese crumbles

Mint leaves
