Strawberry Cream Topped Brownies

A devilishly tasty dessert for the chocolate and strawberry lover, made with Marie’s Glaze for Strawberries.

Non-stick cooking spray

1 package brownie mix for 9 x 13 pan

Eggs as needed for brownies

Cooking oil as needed for brownies

2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened

12 oz of white chocolate chips, melted

1 (14-oz) container Marie’s Glaze for Strawberries, divided

1 lb fresh fruit (strawberries)

Spray 9 x 13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Bake brownies according to package instructions; cool. Run a knife around edge of pan to loosen brownies.

Beat cream cheese, melted white chocolate and 1/2 of Marie’s Glaze for Strawberries until creamy. Spread cream cheese mixture gently over brownies. Thinly slice strawberries and layer over cream cheese. Spoon remaining Marie’s Glaze for Strawberries over strawberries. Spread with pastry brush or back of spoon to glaze strawberries.

Chill for at least 2 hours. Cut into squares to serve. Refrigerate any leftover brownies.
