Baked Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese

1 lb macaroni
8 cups milk
½ cup Marie’s Chunky Blue Cheese dressing, plus more for drizzling
½ cup buffalo sauce, plus more for chicken
2 tablespoons butter
4 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
1 egg, beaten
2 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Chicken tenders, cooked
Chives, for garnish

Preheat oven to 375F.
In a large pot, add macaroni and milk. Heat over medium and stir often. Cook until pasta is al dente, and milk is mostly absorbed.
Remove from heat and mix in Marie’s Chunky Blue Cheese, buffalo sauce, butter, and cream cheese until well combined. Add cheese and stir until melted. Quickly mix in egg.
Transfer to a buttered cast iron skillet. Top with mozzarella.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Toss cooked chicken in additional buffalo sauce.
Top mac and cheese with buffalo chicken tenders, drizzle on additional blue cheese and garnish with chives.
Enjoy warm!
