3 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded purple cabbage
1 cup peeled, shredded carrot
1 cup Marie’s® Coleslaw Dressing
5–10 lb boneless pork shoulder
Mustard, for rubbing
½ cup BBQ seasoning, plus more as needed
1 cup apple juice
36-count sweet rolls
BBQ sauce, for serving
Sliced pickles, for serving

image description Directions

In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, purple cabbage, carrot, and Marie’s® Coleslaw Dressing. Mix well and add more dressing to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Preheat oven to 275°F.
Trim any excess fat from the pork shoulder.
Rub pork with mustard and season generously with BBQ seasoning. Place in a roasting pan.
Roast until the internal temperature reaches 170°F. Then pour apple juice into the pan and sprinkle in a bit more seasoning.
Cover the pan with foil and continue baking until the pork reaches 205°F or is fork-tender and shreds easily. This will take about 90 minutes per pound.
When ready to serve, shred the pork and assemble sliders: layer pulled pork on sweet rolls, drizzle with BBQ sauce, top with creamy slaw and a few pickle slices.
Serve and enjoy!
