Blue Cheese Arugula Pear Salad
Arugula, pear slices and blue cheese crumbles are tossed with Marie’s Chunky Blue Cheese dressing in this delicious salad.

Ingredients
5 cups arugula
1 pear, thinly sliced
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1/4 cup Marie’s Chunky Blue Cheese dressing
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place walnuts on a baking sheet or in a small pie tin. Roast in the oven for 3-5 minutes until brown. Keep an eye on them as they can quickly burn. In a large bowl, toss arugula, pear, pomegranate seeds, crumbled blue cheese, walnuts and sunflower seeds together with Marie’s Chunky Blue Cheese dressing. Plate on a long platter with serving utensils.
