Ingredients
1 package penne pasta
2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup Marie’s Caesar dressing
3 cups spinach
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Boil water in a large pot, then add the penne pasta and cook for half of the time suggested on the package instructions. Strain the pasta to remove the water, then place the pasta back in the now empty pot.
Add the following ingredients to the pasta and stir gently: sliced grilled chicken breasts, chicken broth, whole milk, cream, Marie’s Caesar dressing, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs and olive oil.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the top is beginning to turn golden brown.
Garnish with parsley, serve and enjoy!
