Grilled Veggie Sandwich
If you’re in the mood for a hearty veggie meal, this dish made with Marie’s Lite Chunky Blue Cheese dressing will fit the bill.

Ingredients
1 small zucchini (thinly slice the vegetable)
1 small yellow squash (thinly slice the vegetable)
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
4 Kaiser bread rolls, toasted
1/2 cup Marie’s Lite Chunky Blue Cheese dressing
Directions
Preheat grill on high heat. Brush vegetables with olive oil on each side. Brush grill with oil. Place vegetables on grill and cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Toast sliced rolls on grill for 1 minute. Spread Marie’s Lite Chunky Blue Cheese dressing on cut sides of roll. Layer grilled vegetables to make a superior veggie sandwich.
