1 cup Marie’s Red Wine Vinaigrette dressing
4 (4-oz) boneless pork chops
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
5 oz fresh spinach
20 cherry tomatoes
Place pork chops in zip-top plastic bag and add 3/4 cup Marie’s Red Wine Vinaigrette dressing. Let marinate for 30 minutes. Preheat broiler. Remove pork from zip-top bag and discard marinade. Sprinkle pork evenly with salt and pepper. Place pork on a foil-lined broiler pan. Broil 4 minutes on each side or until done. Serve pork over bed of fresh spinach drizzled with remaining 1/4 cup Marie’s Red Wine Vinaigrette and cherry tomatoes to garnish.
