4 slices sourdough bread
2/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese, divided
1/4 cup Marie’s Thousand Island dressing
10 pear tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Toast bread in toaster oven or grill pan. Layer 1/3 cup of the cheese, Marie’s Thousand Island dressing, and tomato slices evenly on each slice. Top each slice of bread with the remaining cheese. Grill or broil until cheese has melted. Sprinkle with the green onions.
