Prosciutto Fig Balsamic Flatbread
Dress up your flatbread with prosciutto and figs. Topped with arugula, pine nuts and a drizzle of Marie’s Balsamic Vinaigrette, this is one impressive appetizer.

Ingredients
1 premade flatbread
1 pack of sliced prosciutto
1-2 figs, thinly sliced
1 cup arugula
1 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
Olive oil
Marie’s Balsamic Vinaigrette, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven according to flatbread instructions. Brush flatbread with olive oil and top with prosciutto and figs. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until prosciutto is crispy. Top with arugula, sprinkle with pine nuts, and finish it off with a light drizzle of Marie’s Balsamic Vinaigrette. Cut into pieces and serve on a board.
