Oil (for cooking)
Sliced Mushrooms

Directions
Preheat oven to 325° F. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a skillet.
Season steak with salt and pepper. Add steak to the skillet and cook until seared on both sides. Transfer steak to pan with a rack and place in the oven until it reaches your desired doneness. In the same skillet, add butter and sauté mushrooms for 4-5 minutes until browned, add onions and sauté until browned.
Add veggie skillet sauce and toss to coat & heat.
Slice steak and top with sauced mushrooms & onions.
Serve with your favorite starch and vegetable sides.
