Taco Ranch Bites

This easy-to-make appetizer blends the flavors of traditional taco seasoning and Marie’s Creamy Ranch into perfect bites.

1lb ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
¼ cup Marie’s Creamy Ranch Dressing + more for serving
1 can chopped hatch chilies (10oz)
2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 bags tortilla chip scoop cups
Cilantro (optional)

Preheat oven to 375°
Start by cooking beef in a skillet, draining if needed. Add in taco seasoning and hatch chilies. Cook until no longer pink.
In a large bowl, add in cooked ground beef, cheddar cheese and Marie’s Creamy Ranch Dressing. Mix to combine thoroughly.
Spoon in mixture to tortilla chip cups. Add to a lined baking sheet. Place in oven to bake for 10-15 mins or until cheese has melted.
Remove from oven top with cilantro and serve with a side of Marie’s Creamy Ranch Dressing for dipping. Enjoy!
