Carrot Apple Salad
Juicy apples, shredded carrots, and mandarin oranges come together in this bright, colorful salad. A creamy mix of Marie’s® Coleslaw Dressing and yogurt brings just the right amount of tang. Serve it at picnics, barbecues, or as a refreshing side dish.

Ingredients
1 green apple, diced into thin strips
1 red apple, diced into thin strips
2 cups shredded carrot
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 container mandarin oranges, drained
⅓ cup dried cranberries
1 cup Marie’s® Coleslaw Dressing
¼ cup vanilla yogurt
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cilantro, optional
Directions
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients.
Top with yogurt and Marie’s® Coleslaw Dressing. Toss to thoroughly combine.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or serve immediately and enjoy!
