Antipasto Salad Plate
A distinctive Italian salad made even tastier with Marie’s Garlic Parmesan Italian Vinaigrette.

Ingredients
1 cup blanched broccoli florets
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, ½ inch
1 cup artichoke hearts, quartered
12 pork salami slices, rolled or folded
1 cup Marie’s Garlic Parmesan Italian Vinaigrette
1/2 cup fresh chopped basil
Directions
Blanch broccoli in boiling water 10 seconds. Plunge into ice water to stop cooking; drain well. Arrange ingredients on large plate and drizzle with Marie’s Garlic Parmesan Italian Vinaigrette. Garnish with fresh basil. Serve with baguette or crackers.
