Spring Chopped Salad
Loaded with seasonal vegetables and finished with a tangy drizzle of Marie’s® White Balsamic Shallot Vinaigrette, this chopped salad is perfect for potlucks, cookouts, or as a fresh side dish for any meal.

Ingredients
2 cups of corn, thawed and drained
1 English cucumber, seeded and diced into ¼ pieces
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 orange bell pepper, diced
½ red onion, diced
2 cups green beans, cut into small pieces
½ cup chopped cilantro leaves
Marie’s® White Balsamic Shallot Vinaigrette
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all vegetables.
Drizzle with Marie’s® White Balsamic Shallot Vinaigrette and season to taste.
Toss to combine, top with cilantro, and refrigerate up to 30 minutes before serving.
