Ingredients
½ lb ground beef
2 slices cheddar cheese
2 cups fries, cooked
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, diced
½ red onion, sliced
½ cup pickles
Marie’s Thousand Island Dressing
Directions
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef. Once cooked, reduce heat to low, add cheese slices, and cover until cheese is melted.
Divide fries, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles between two plates. Add ground cheese burgers to each and drizzle on Marie’s Thousand Island Dressing until your heart is content.
