Marie’s Italian Dressing brings the vibrant flavors of this hearty bean salad together for a perfect side dish as a salad or dip!

1 can black beans (drained/rinsed)
1 can black-eyed peas (drained/rinsed)
1 ½ cup corn kernels
1 red bell pepper (chopped)
1 orange bell pepper (diced)
½ red onion (chopped)
¼ cup cilantro (chopped)
1 tsp chili powder and garlic powder
¼ tsp salt & pepper
¼ cup Marie’s Italian dressing

In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
Toss to combine thoroughly.
Next, add in Marie’s Italian dressing, stir ingredients together once more.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips or refrigerate before serving. Enjoy!
