Fall Harvest Bowl
The flavors of fall are tied together with the perfect zing of flavor from Marie’s Balsamic Vinaigrette in this easy to make harvest bowl.

Ingredients
1 Sweet Potato (peeled,cubed)
10-15 Brussel sprouts (rinsed, halved)
2 cups spinach
½ cup of chicken (cooked/cubed)
¼ cup apple (cubed)
¼ cup pecans
Crumbled goat cheese
Marie’s Balsamic Vinaigrette
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°
On a lined roasting tray add on Brussel sprouts halved side face down and sweet potatoes spread out evenly. Sprinkle with olive oil. Salt and pepper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
When finished and allow to cool slightly.
Place spinach in bowl and carefully add in the remaining ingredients.
Top with Marie’s Balsamic Vinaigrette, serve and enjoy!
