Prosciutto Baguette Appetizer

Ingredients
baguette cut into ¼-½ inch slices
Goat cheese (we used blueberry)
Prosciutto
Thyme
Marie’s Raspberry Vinaigrette
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
On a lined baking sheet, spread out evenly the baguette slices. Slice up the goat cheese log into even amounts. Spread to goat cheese on each individual baguette slice. Next, top with shreds of prosciutto onto each slice.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool slightly. Generously pour over Marie’s raspberry vinaigrette and then top with thyme.
