Ingredients
2 large eggs
4 cups mixed baby greens
½ cup cooked quinoa
½ cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
½ avocado, sliced
¼ cup walnut pieces
¼ cup Marie’s Creamy Ranch Dressing
Freshly cracked pepper
Directions
Bring a medium saucepan of water to a gentle simmer. Crack an egg into a small strainer and gently place into simmering water. Repeat with remaining egg. Cook for 3 minutes for a runny egg or 4 ½ minutes for a jammy egg. Remove from water and place onto a plate lined with paper towels.
In two bowls, divide ingredients evenly. Drizzle with Marie’s Creamy Ranch Dressing and top with freshly cracked pepper.
