Steak Tacos with Apple Balsamic Slaw

Ingredients
2 cups green cabbage, shredded
1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
1 small carrot, shredded
1 green apple, shredded
⅓ cup Marie’s® Balsamic Vinaigrette, divided
¼ cup chopped cilantro, divided
1 lb skirt steak
2 garlic cloves, grated
Zest and juice from 1 lime
2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Small flour tortilla
Cojita cheese
Directions
In a large bowl, combine green and purple cabbage, carrot, apple, ¼ cup Marie’s® Balsamic Vinaigrette, and 1 tablespoon cilantro. Cover and refrigerate.
Pat steak dry. In another bowl, mix remaining vinaigrette, 1 tablespoon cilantro, garlic, lime juice and zest, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add steak and marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill or cast-iron skillet over high heat.
Sear steak for 3–4 minutes per side. Let rest 5–10 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
Warm tortillas and fill with steak, slaw, Cotija cheese, and extra cilantro.
Serve with lime wedges and chipotle crema, if desired.
