Parmesan Garlic Wings

We’re not kidding when we say these are the best Parmesan Garlic Wings. And we know the secret sauce!

2 lb chicken wings
2 tsp seasoning salt
2 tsp baking powder*
¼ cup unsalted butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
Pinch red pepper flakes, optional
1 tbsp chopped parsley
½ cup Marie’s Caesar Dressing
Shredded parmesan cheese, for garnish
Baking spray, for air frying

Pat chicken dry with paper towels and add to a large bowl. Coat with seasoning salt and baking powder. Spray air fryer basket with baking spray, add wings and spray the wings with additional baking spray. Air fry at 400F for 20-25 minutes or until desired doneness making sure to flip them occasionally.
While wings are cooking, add butter to a saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, add garlic and red pepper flakes, if using. Cook until fragrant and lightly golden, about 60-90 seconds. Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley. Transfer to a large bowl and allow to cool slightly. Whisk in caesar dressing.
Once wings are done cooking and still hot, add them to the bowl with parmesan garlic sauce. Add shredded parmesan and toss to coat.

*Make sure to use baking powder and NOT BAKING SODA.
