Ingredients
1 small pear
5 oz baby arugula
4 oz burrata
2 oz prosciutto
¼ cup pomegranate seeds
Marie’s Raspberry Vinaigrette
Directions
Core and thinly slice pear; set aside.
In a large dip bowl, add arugula around the outermost cavity in the shape of a wreath.
Top with burrata, prosciutto, pear and pomegranate seeds.
Add raspberry vinaigrette to the center bowl.
Serve and enjoy!
