3-4 cups spring mix lettuce 

½ cup walnuts

1 ½ cup beets (cooked,sliced) 

Thyme leaves

Marie’s Honey Mustard Dressing

2 Burrata cheese balls

Top next with sliced beats, sliced apples, and walnuts.
